• Meticulously intentional about every relationship represented within the partnership.
• Focused partnership of local churches and local businesses to reach the employable, unemployed and under-employed.
• Round the clock mentoring for each person being healed.
• Comprehensive development of the whole person.
• Reconciliation across racial, socioeconomic and denominational barriers.

• Create a partnership of business persons and pastors working together to qualify and employ unemployed persons.
• Conduct (12) 4 week  job readiness classes each year.
• Gainfully employ 80% of the class participants.
• Have on-going computer training.
• Match each class participant with a mentor.

We are committed to organizing the classes, developing relationships between pastors and business persons, following up and following through with our neighbors. We feel led by Christ to do everything in our power to move this program from a great initiative to an essential community institution.  Your contribution will help us train our neighbors for life.
