 Welcome Minimize

I greet you on behalf of our Board, Staff and Community Partners. It has been our pleasure to serve the Indianapolis Community as a catalyst to increase self sufficiency and employment. We are part of a national organization that has developed training and mentoring programs that help individuals create and execute plans for success in their lives.  We are growing and would like to invite you to learn more about how you can be an effective part of your community as well. Contact us with any questions that you might have. We do respond to each inquiry. Hope@JPIndy.org

Our Mission

To Build solid foundations to end poverty through job preparedness training and placement. To bring together local churches and businesses of greater Indianapolis to effectively train, equip and employ some of our neediest citizens, bringing them from dependency to self-sufficiency as productive citizens of the community and to true wellness through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Organizational Profile

The Jobs Partnership of Greater Indianapolis began in July of 2001 as a collaboration of urban and suburban churches. We have grown to include faith based organizations, community groups and businesses all working together as one. Our goal for every community is a thriving Jobs Partnership relevant to the culture and people in which it is planted.
